BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- A woman told Bloomington police she was assaulted Thursday night while running on Clear Creek Trail.
The alleged assault happened around 9:00 p.m. Thursday on the trail on the southwest side of Bloomington.
The woman told police she was jogging when a man came up behind her, walked her away from the trail and assaulted her.
After the alleged attack, the woman said the man pled.
Police searched the area of the attack after daybreak Friday, but no suspect was located.
