GRANT COUNTY, Ind. -- A woman died after she was hit by a truck in Grant County.
Authorities say 55-year-old Deborah Neeley was walking to Circle K on Kern Road early Tuesday morning.
The driver of the truck told police he looked away from the road to turn up the heat and that's when he hit Neeley.
Grant County Coroner Chris Butche said Neeley's death was accidental.
According to Butche, Neeley made the trip from Northgate Apartments to Circle K each morning.
