ZOINSVILLE, Ind. –- The woman killed in a house fire in Zionsville Tuesday evening has been identified.

The Zionsville Fire Department responded to the fire in the 700 block of N. US 421 around 7:50 p.m.

Zionsville and Whitestown firefighters arrived within five minutes and located a woman in her 60s inside the home. They were able to get her outside but Susan Cutright, 67, died at the scene.

A neighbor, who tried to get into the house before the fire department arrived, was treated on the scene.

Investigators say the cause of the fire was accidental, sparked by careless smoking around in-home medical oxygen.
