INDIANAPOLIS -- Police say they are no longer looking for a woman in connection to a fatal shooting Sunday night.
Around 8:30 p.m. Sunday, officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a report of shots fired on the 2400 block of Lafayette Road. When they arrived, they found 31-year-old David Bowman deceased after suffering several gunshot wounds.
According to police, the woman wanted by police was seen getting into a gold Chevy Impala before Bowman was shot. Officers located her and the vehicle and no longer need to speak with her.
