HANCOCK COUNTY, Ind. -- A woman pleaded guilty in a child neglect case after her toddler ingested drugs.
Last November, Brooke Copp took her 18-month-old to an Indianapolis hospital, where the child tested positive for illegal pain relievers.

At a court hearing Tuesday, Copp pleaded guilty to neglect of a dependent causing serious bodily injury.
Copp faces up to two years in prison.
