INDIANAPOLIS -- A woman was robbed at gunpoint while stopped at a red light on the near-west side this week.

The woman told police she was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Oliver Avenue and Harding Street on Wednesday when a man opened her passenger side door and pointed a large black gun at her.

The woman told police the man took her DKNY purse and ran off.
