VIRGINIA — An Amber Alert was issued Friday for a 14-year-old girl who is believed to have been abducted by her mother's ex-boyfriend.

Isabella Hicks was last seen on October 21.

Hicks is described as being around 4 feet 11 inches tall and 120 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Police believe she is with Bruce Lynch, 33, her mother's ex-boyfriend. Lynch is allegedly armed and dangerous and tends to have suicidal thoughts, according to police.

"There isn't any evidence that makes us think Isabel was taken forcibly. However, she's a very young 14 year old who hasn't had any contact with her family since last Monday," said Donnie Lowe, Louisa County Sheriffs Office told CNN.

The two may be traveling in a silver/blue 2003 Toyota Matrix with license plates UXW3614 or 2499UT. The vehicle is missing the rear passenger door handle. There may also be a camo-type tarp covering part of the passenger window.

Lynch is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall and around 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

If spotted, police say do NOT approach. Call 911 immediately.
