CINCINNATI — Fifth Third Bank said it is experiencing a network issue on Friday afternoon, leaving customers without access to online accounts or support.
The bank said on Twitter it was experiencing technical issues with its online services.
“We are working as quickly as possible to restore service for our affected customers, and we apologize for the inconvenience," the bank wrote Friday afternoon.
It is unclear when the network will be back online. A Fifth Third spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
