A Baltimore high school was evacuated this week and the cause was a pumpkin spice-scented air freshener.
The Cristo Rey Jesuit High School was evacuated Thursday afternoon after a possible hazardous substance was found on the third floor. Students and staff were ordered to go outside.
A spokesman for the Baltimore City Fire Department later said the cause of the evacuation was a pumpkin spice-scented air freshener.
Two students and three adults were given medical treatment as a precaution.
No further explanation has been provided yet.
