This picture's so white you ought to wear shades.

A selfie posted to Instagram by Speaker of the House Paul Ryan got criticized due to an apparent lack of diversity among the staffers on Capitol Hill.

The photo showed a smiling Ryan with dozens of young people behind him. In his caption, Ryan said those pictured with him were all "Capitol Hill interns."

The problem? Nearly all the people packed into the group photo appear to be white.

I think this sets a record for the most number of #CapitolHill interns in a single selfie. #SpeakerSelfie.
