24 people were arrested Thursday in a neighborhood sweep that targeted violent offenders in Indianapolis. 12 search warrants were served. Nine guns, nearly $10,000 in cash, 5 grams of heroin, 10 grams of cocaine, 20 pounds of marijuana, one ounce of meth, and prescription drugs were seized.
