PHOTOS: A look back at the old Chase Bank on 38th Street

An upscale restaurant will soon call the vintage art deco building that used to house the Chase Bank on 38th Street home. Neal Brown has closed his Stella restaurant at 611 East Street and will soon open a new eatery - Midtown Brasserie - at 215 E. 38th Street, home of the old Chase Bank. Before that happens, we're sharing some memories of what the old bank used to be.
