PHOTOS: Good Samaritans help firefighters find dogs at apartment fire on Indy's east side
The fire broke out shortly before noon Tuesday at the Pangea Vista Apartments in the 5900 block of Village Plaza North Drive. Good Samaritans saw the smoke and notified residents. They also helped firefighters locate three dogs.
