PHOTOS: Halloween fun around central Indiana

Several celebrations for Halloween were held around Indianapolis today including the 71st Annual Irvington Halloween Festival, The Children's Museum Guild's Black Hat Dash and a Day of the Dead celebration at the Eiteljorg Museum.
