INDIANAPOLIS -- Bernie Sanders fight to 'Save Health Care' will be the focus of a rally Sunday in Indianapolis.
According to the event website, it's a rally to keep funding Planned Parenthood, stop cuts to Medicaid, and prevent Obamacare from being repealed.
The website also says:
On Sunday, January 15, join all those who believe in economic and social justice to tell Republicans loudly and clearly: You are not going to get away with it.
Sanders will not actually be attending the Indianapolis event. It is hosted by the Indiana Democratic Party.
People interested in attending the rally are encouraged to RSVP, although the website says seating is on a first come, first-serve basis.
Another health care rally will be held at 401 N. Central Avenue in Connersville on Sunday at noon. Again, those who are interested in attending areencouraged to RSVP.
Correction: An earlier version of this story said Sen. Bernie Sanders would appear in Indianapolis and Connersville on Sunday. According to Bernie Sanders' website, 'Save Health Care' rallies will happen in both cities as official Bernie Sanders events, but Sanders will not be in attendance.
