Central Indiana polls close, ballot counting begins

INDIANAPOLIS – While most people were able to quickly vote this election, some experienced long lines in parts of Marion and Hamilton Counties.

Polls in central Indiana closed at 6 p.m. but if you were in line before the cut off time, you were still able to vote. Now, volunteers are working to begin the ballot counting process.
