INDIANAPOLIS — Here are final election results from Marion and surrounding counties.

STORY | Indianapolis Election 2019: Mayor Joe Hogsett wins reelection over Republican challenger Jim Merritt

11:15 p.m.
Final results from the race for Indianapolis Mayor show incumbent Joe Hogsett with 72% of the vote to Jim Merritt's 27%.
In Beech Grove, incumbent Dennis Buckley keeps his office, but it was close. He won with 51% of the vote. And a close race for Mayor of Lawrence. Incumbent Steve Collier pulled it out, also with 51% of the vote.

9:09 p.m.
Two Marion County mayoral races remain too close to call. In Beech Grove, incumbent Dennis Buckley has 52% of the vote to Rick Skirvin's 48%. In Lawrence, Jamar Cobb-Dinnard has a slight lead over incumbent Steve Collier with 71% of the vote counted.

9:00 p.m.
It was a mixed bag for school referendums in Tuesday's election. Referendums passed in Lawrence Township, Carmel-Clay and Zionsville, but failed in Danville and Center Grove.

8:42 p.m.
Joe Hogsett has won election to a second term as Mayor of Indianapolis. Incumbent Mayor Andy Cook wins in Westfield. In Kokomo, Tyler Moore is the winner in the race for mayor. Dan Ridenour is the new mayor in Muncie. Kenny Costin is Martinsville's new mayor. Emily Styron won a close race for Mayor of Zionsville. The races for Mayor of Lawrence and Mayor of Beech Grove are too close to call. Incumbent Thomas Broderick has a comfortable lead in Anderson's mayoral race. Chuck Fewell is elected mayor in Greenfield.

Jim Merritt has conceded the election to Joe Hogsett in the race for Mayor of Indianapolis. Hogsett at 8:30 p.m. began his victory speech. Hogsett won in a landslide.

8:10 p.m.
Joe Hogsett is headed to a landslide victory over Jim Merritt in the race for Indianapolis Mayor. Republican Chuck Fewell was elected Mayor of Greenfield. Kenny Costin was elected Mayor of Martinsville. Tyler Moore is headed to victory in the race for Mayor of Kokomo. The race for Mayor of Zionsville is too close to call.

7:57 p.m.
Republican Kenny Costin will be Martinsville's next mayor, taking 91% of the vote. Tyler Moore will be Kokomo's new mayor. He enjoys a commanding lead over Abbie Smith. In Westfield, incumbent Mayor Andy Cook has 61% of the vote to Donald Rainwater's 39%. The race for Mayor of Zionsville between Emily Styron and Tim Haak is too close to call.

7:50 p.m.
Joe Hogsett appears headed toward a landslide victory over JIm Merritt. With 63% of the vote counted, Hogsett has 71% of the vote to Merritt's 27%.

7:45 p.m.
The school referendum vote in Danville has failed by a wide margin. Center Grove voters are also saying no to a school referendum. But school referendums in Lawrence Township and Carmel Clay are passing. In the race for Mayor of Indianapolis, Joe Hogsett has 72 % of the vote and Jim Merritt 27%, with 31% of the vote counted.

7:30 p.m.
School referendum votes are failing in Danville and Center Grove, but passing in Lawrence Township, Carmel Clay and Zionsville. In the race for Mayor of Indianapolis, Joe Hogsett has a substantial lead over Jim Merritt.

7:15 p.m.
With the polls now closed for over one hour, incumbent Joe Hogsett has a commanding lead over Jim Merritt in the race for Mayor of Indianapolis. Incumbent Andy Cook is well ahead of Donald Rainwater in the race for Westfield Mayor. In the Kokomo mayoral elections, Republican Tyler Moore has 71% of the vote to 29% for Democrat Abbie Smith.

7:05 p.m.
Add Zionsville to the list of school referendum votes so far passing by wide margins. Lawrence Township, Carmel Clay and Center Grove also with majority in favor.

6:58 p.m.
In the race for Kokomo Mayor, Republican Tyler Moore has 72% of the vote, Democrat Abbie Smith with 28%.

6:38 p.m.
At 6:43 p.m., early election results show school referendum votes in Carmel and Center Grove both passing by substantial margins. In the race for Westfield Mayor, incumbent Andy Cook has 59% of the vote to Donald Rainwater's 41%.

At 6:35 p.m., early election results in the race for Mayor of Indianapolis show Joe Hogsett with 78% of the vote to 21% for Jim Merritt.

Hartford City: 15.94% of registered voters
Montpelier: 4.78% of registered voters
Dunkirk: 10.76% of active voters

As of 9 a.m. there have been no reported polling issues in Marion County.

Republican Jim Merritt cast his vote at Lawrence High School.

6:15 a.m.
Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett started his day off at the polls. He and his wife, Steph, cast their votes at the First Baptist Church on College Avenue. Hogsett (D) is facing off against Republican Jim Merritt and Libertarian candidate Douglas McNaughton.
