7:50 p.m.

Polls closed in central Indiana

2 p.m.

School #61 - a vote center in Marion County - is currently on lockdown for an unknown reason. The Election Board is asking all voters to avoid the vote center until the all-clear is given.

10 a.m.

Hamilton County elections office is reporting a drop in turnout in the early voting hours today as compared to the 2019 primary election. As of 9 a.m. only approximately 4,500 voters had shown up at polls Tuesday morning.

Mayor Joe Hogsett casts his vote at the Indianapolis Public Library - Nora branch.
