Westbound Interstate 70 and downtown streets have re-opened following closures for the appearance of President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence at the NRA Convention at Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indianapolis.

1:17 p.m.

President Trump has finished speaking at the NRA Convention at Lucas Oil Stadium.

12:15 p.m.

President Donald Trump is now speaking to members of the NRA in Indianapolis.

11:40 a.m.

Vice President Mike Pence is now speaking at the NRA Convention.

11:10 a.m.

President Donald Trump has arrived at Indianapolis International Airport.

9:50 a.m.

Vice President Mike Pence has landed at Indianapolis International Airport.

8:30 a.m.

IMPD is closing additional streets starting at 8:30 a.m.

8:15 a.m.

Tickets are still available for today's NRA Forum featuring President Trump and Vice President Pence.
The $10 seats can be purchased online at the NRA INDY website.
Doors for the event open at 8 a.m.
Because of the President and Vice President's attendance, firearms, firearm accessories, knives or any weapons of any kind are prohibited in the Forum.

Road closures and restrictions have already begun in Indianapolis in preperation for the NRA convention and Presdent Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence's visits.
