INDIANAPOLIS -- Rep. Andre Carson (D) recently visited RTV6 to discuss health care and other hot topics for the upcoming election.
Carson is running for re-election in Indiana's 7th District against Republican challenger Wayne "Gunny" Harmon. The 7th District contains the lower four-fifths of Marion County, which includes most of Indianapolis.
