UPDATE — The Carmel Police have safely located a 13-year-old girl who was reported missing on Friday.
Police say Hayat Taylor Secen, 13, was last seen around Carmel Clay Middle School.
Hayat is described as 5'2, 100 pounds, with light brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown sweatshirt, jeans and a checkered backpack.
