INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is continuing to investigate after a person was struck and killed Wednesday night on the city's east side.
According to police, East District officers responded to the 10700 block of E. Washington Street for a pedestrian struck.
At the scene, a pedestrian was found dead. The driver who struck the person stayed at the scene and was transported for a blood draw.
