Jeremy Smith, 37, is described as 6 feet tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Smith is missing from Anderson, Indiana. He was last seen on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 6:18 p.m.
Jeremy Smith is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
