COLUMBUS — An investigation is underway after a 17-year-old male drowned in Tipton Lake.
Coroner Clayton Nolting says Tyrell Bowers of Columbus was swimming with friends when he went underwater. He was found about 90 minutes later and pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy is scheduled for Sunday.
