CARMEL — A fatal crash closed US 31 in Hamilton County in both directions between 131st and 136th Street for nearly four hours on Nov. 15.

On Friday, Nov. 24, the Hamilton County Coroner's Office identified the person who died in the crash as 42-year-old Joe Ingram Jr. on Galveston, Indiana.
