INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Fire Department's scuba recovery team briefly resumed their search for a body in the White River Monday morning, but found nothing.

The body was reported to police by a group of teenagers Saturday night near the Washington Street bridge. The call came in around 9 p.m. triggering a large emergency response.

The teenagers were shooting a music video on the bridge when they saw something floating in the water, according to police. After taking a picture and zooming in, they realized it was a body.

Investigators on scene say based off the pictures they are looking for an adult male.

The dive team along with the IMPD homicide unit were at the scene for several hours Saturday night but did not find a body. They returned on Sunday but because of the conditions of the river the search was called off after only an hour.

Police say they are looking at missing person reports from the area to see if it matches the description of the body, based off of the pictures. So far they have not made any connections.

Crews have not said when they will resume searching for the body.
