ELKHART — Police in Elkhart are searching for a 12-year-old girl who went missing early Monday morning.
Carol Lara is described as being 4 feet 11 inches tall and 115 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
She was last seen in the 1800 block of Canton Street wearing bleached white jean shorts and a gray Marilyn Monroe shirt. Carol has two piercings on her lower lip and one on her nose.
