HOWARD COUNTY — An elementary student from Greenfield, Indiana won the 'Doodle 4 Google' contest for the State of Indiana and is one of 53 selected finalists in the nation.

Weston Elementary School third-grader, Sean Fannin, won out of thousands of Hoosiers kids grades Kindergarten through Seniors.

Sean was judged on three things: artistic merit, creativity, and theme communication.

The competition's 2019 theme was "When I grow up I hope," where, in addition to his doodle, Sean wrote the following:

"When I grow up, I hope to become an engineer. I want to be an engineer because I like to build and have bionics and Legos that I build with to create things."
