FORT WAYNE — A Silver Alert declared Friday morning for a 16-year-old boy missing from Fort Wayne has been canceled, according to the Indiana State Police.
According to the Fort Wayne Police Department, Javier Ramon Andrade was last seen at 1:10 a.m. Friday.
Andrade is a Hispanic male, 5 feet 9 inches, 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a tattoo on his right arm of the letter "LLE," and has scars on both his right shoulder and his chest.
