FORT WAYNE — A Silver Alert for a Fort Wayne teenager was canceled Friday.
The Fort Wayne Police Department was looking for Caitlyn Marie Baker, a 17-year-old white female who is 5-feet-6-inches tall, weighs 130 pounds and has blonde hair with green eyes.
