MARSHALL CO. — The truck driver in a deadly school bus crash in northern Indiana will not face criminal charges, announced in a Friday press conference.
The driver of the truck, Tylor Perry, was accused of rear ending the school bus while it was stopped at railroad track, on Dec. 5. One student, Owen Abbott, was killed in the crash - 30 others injured.

The grand jury chose not to indict Perry for the crash on U.S. 31, between Argos and Plymouth.
The stop arm of the bus was not out, but the hazard lights were on. Perry admitted he had been taking off his shirt right before the crash and it partially blocked his view.
The grand jury considered whether Perry's actions were reckless and returned a "no bill," meaning it found no charges were appropriate.
