Amber Alert issued for four children taken in Euclid, Ohio

EUCLID, Ohio - An Ohio Amber Alert has been issued after four children were taken by their non-custodial mother at noon Saturday in northeast Ohio, according to police.

The vehicle involved is a blue 2003 Toyota Corolla with Ohio dealer plate 015-7330.

The suspect, 23-year Brianna A Harris, is bipolar/schizophrenic and is off her medications, according to the alert.

One of the children, 2-year-old Savanna Harris, had a tracheotomy in last 24 hours and needs oxygen.

The other Harris children identified as Zayanna, 2, Jayveon, 7, and  Kylee, 4.

Harris, is 5-feet, 7-inches, 195 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes, according to the alert.

The incident took place on E 193 St. in  Euclid, near Cleveland.
