About 3,500 crib mobiles are under a recall notice after reports of a strap connecting them to the cribs breaking.
The mobiles are called the Skip Hop Mobiles & Melodies Projection Mobiles with a model number of 185509.
If the strap breaks, the mobile could fall and injure a child, but no injuries have been reported. There have been eight instances of the strap breaking.
The mobiles were sold at Babies R Us, Buy Buy Baby and other stores nationwide and on Amazon.com and skiphop.com from July to Nov. for about $65.
Anybody who has the mobiles can contact the company for a $75 voucher for a new item.
