INDIANAPOLIS — Trash is piled so high at a dumpster on the southeast side of Indianapolis that you can't even see the dumpster.
A tenant at the Valley Ridge Apartment says sometimes the problem gets so bad cars can't even get around the garbage.
RTV6 learned about these issues after the leasing office closed for the day, but the newsroom will be asking questions. RTV6 is working to help get a resolution for renters soon.
