FRANKLIN — In Johnson County Thursday, a testament to goodwill and a call to action to step up to help those in need.
People waited in line to make donations, in exchange for a meal, as part of a charity event to help two organizations.
The turnout was was so large, organizers ran out of food.
But as WRTV's Rafael Sanchez reports, that did not stop people from opening their wallets to help, even if they didn't get a meal.
