INDIANAPOLIS -- Colts defensive lineman David Parry plead guilty to several charges in order to avoid jail time Wednesday.
Parry pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct and one count of attempted unlawful means of transportation, according to his lawyer Jose Montano.
His plea agreement allows him to avoid jail time by serving supervised probation. Parry still faces a potential fine and suspension under the NFL’s personal conduct policy.
“He was facing real prison time,” Montano said.
