SOUTH CAROLINA -- The brother of an Indianapolis Colts player was killed in a drive-by shooting in South Carolina early Tuesday morning.

The Cherokee County Coroner said Overton Deshan Good, 23, was inside a home when someone drove by, firing multiple shots around 8:30 a.m. One of those bullets struck Overton in the head and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Overton is the brother of Denzelle Good, who is a lineman for the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts released the following statement on Tuesday offering their prayers to Denzelle and his family.

“The Indianapolis Colts family is so saddened to learn of the passing of Overton Good, brother of our very own Denzelle Good, in South Carolina.  This tragedy is unimaginable for his loved ones and friends, and our heartfelt prayers go out to Denzelle and his entire family during this trying time.”
