INDIANAPOLIS -- No Indianapolis Colts player will ever wear the No. 18 jersey again.
Peyton Manning's jersey was retired Sunday during halftime of the Colts-49ers game, a day after a statue of him was unveiled in front of Lucas Oil Stadium. Manning was also inducted into the Colts' Ring of Honor.
Manning is the first Colts player from the Indianapolis era to have his jersey retired.

During the halftime ceremony, Peyton Manning and Reggie Wayne recreated one of their famous touchdown passes.

And then, Peyton Manning's name was added to the Colts' Ring of Honor.

"I thank God every day I'm an Indianapolis Colts," Peyton said during the ceremony.
