Fleener's future with the Colts was up in the air after the team signed fellow tight end Dwayne Allen on Monday to a four-year contract extension worth a purported $29.4 million.
Fleener played all 16 games for the Colts in the 2015 season. He racked up 491 yards and three touchdowns in 54 receptions.
The Colts drafted Fleener in the second round in 2012.
