INDIANAPOLIS — The L.A. Clippers very good start to their season got even better Monday night at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and it was a former Pacer who did much of the damage in a 110-99 win.
Paul George led the Clippers with 36-points, 9-rebounds and 5-assists.
Los Angeles, now with a 18-and-7 record, took charge late in the first quarter, going on a 14-3 run to end the half with a 12-point lead.
In the second half, the Clippers went up by as many as 24-points, before Indiana pulled to within seven, late in the game.
Malcolm Brogdon led the Pacers with 20-points. Domantas Sabonis had 22-rebounds to go with 18-points.
Indiana shot just 35% for the game.
Los Angeles has won 11 of its last 13-games. The Pacers, who host Boston Wednesday, fall to 15-9.
