INDIANAPOLIS — Frank Reich has been named the head coach of the Carolina Panthers, according to a tweet from the team.

Reich coached the Indianapolis Colts from 2018 until his firing in the middle of the 2022 NFL season. He went 41-35-1 in his time in Indianapolis.

The Panthers went 7-10 in 2022, narrowly missing the NFL playoffs under interim coach Steve Wilks. The team has missed the playoffs five straight seasons.
