Warren Central's coaching secret: Family first

At Warren Central High School, the fourth-ranked Warriors are getting a leg up on the competition, thanks to an all-star coaching staff.

The team is 4-2 going into a conference matchup Friday vis. Pike High School. But when RTV6 Sports Director Dave Furst visited this week, they weren't just talking about football, but family.

"You're only going to be as good as the staff you have, because you can't do everything in a program as large as this," said head coach Jayson West. "You have to bring people in and trust them and not micromanage them and believe in the system."
