Multi-car crash in Turn 4 late in the Indy 500 knocks out multiple drivers

INDIANAPOLIS -- A multi-car crash late in the Indianapolis 500 knocked out several cars vying for a top spot with less than 15 laps to go.

Oriol Servia, James Hinchcliffe, Josef Newgarden, James Davison and Will Power all made contact in Turn 4, scattering debris across the track and bringing the race to a halt.

Half of the Indy 500 field was knocked out due to crashes or mechanical issues.

No major injuries have been reported and all of the drivers got out of their cars on their own power.
