Gardner says he's sorry for anyone he may have offended

INDIANAPOLIS -- Jason Gardner let his enthusiasm over Saturday's win get the better of him, and he's sorry for that.

The IUPUI coach jumped up on the scorer's table and pumped his fist after his team's win over Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.

IPFW's coach didn't find it amusing. Nor did the rest of the team.

Gardner spoke exclusively with RTV6 about the uncalled-for celebration. He said he's sorry for anyone he may have offended.
