INDIANAPOLIS—Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett was a full participant in Wednesday's team practice, a sure sign he will be the starter in Sunday's home game with Jacksonville.

Brissett missed last Sunday's game with Miami and most the game against Pittsburgh the previous week. The Colts lost both times to fall to 5-4.

Earlier this week, Head Coach Frank Reich indicated Brissett would play Sunday if he was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Brissett took part in last week's practice on a limited basis, not enough to convince Reich that the quarterback was ready for game action.

Backup Brian Hoyer got the start in Brissett's place, and threw three interceptions in the loss to Miami.
