WEST LAFAYETTE — Purdue got off to a big first half lead and never looked back in a 70-51 win over Wisconsin Friday at Mackey Arena.
The Boilermaker men out-rebounded the Badgers 42-16 and led by as many as 28 points in the second half.
Isaiah Thompson led Purdue with 14 points. The Boilers snapped a two game losing street and improve to 11-9. Wisconsin is 12-8.
Up next for Purdue is Rutgers in New Jersey on Tuesday. Rutgers is 13-0 at home this season.
