HOUSTON—James Harden was too much for the Pacers Friday in Houston.
The Rockets star guard scored 44 points in a 111-102 win over Indiana.
The Pacers, now 7-5, saw their winning streak end at four, while Houston, one of the top teams in the Western Conference, has won six straight and is 9-3 overall.
Indiana trailed by just one point heading into the final quarter, but was outscored 31-23 in the fourth.
Six Pacers scored in double figures, led by Domantas Sabonis with 18 points and 13 rebounds.
Indiana has a quick turnaround with a Saturday night game against Milwaukee at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
