Teachers can get free school supplies from Paper Mate

While it’s too early to say just how schools will look this fall, teachers have to assume classes will resume in some capacity.

That means it’s time for teachers to start doing their usual summer prep work, like making a list of school supplies they’ll need for the upcoming year. Now through Aug. 31 (or while supplies last), if they add a Paper Mate product to that list, teachers can get a back to school supply pack — a $15 value — for free.

If you’re a teacher, just head to TeacherLists.com to make your list and be sure to add Paper Mate products, like pens or pencils. Registering is free. Then simply upload, create or edit an existing list of school supplies.

Once Paper Mate products have been added to your list, a Paper Mate felt tip pens six-pack, an EXPO dry erase markers four-pack and a Sharpie permanent markers three-pack will be shipped to your school’s address.

You do not need to purchase the items on your list to get the free back-to-school pack — you just need to add the items to the list.

TeacherLists is free to join and makes it easy for teachers to create lists that parents will need before their children start school.

Teachers simply upload a list to the site, then add a link to their lists on their website and teacher pages. They can then share lists with parents in emails, newsletters and on Facebook.

From there, parents can shop their child’s supply list for in-store pickup or one-click shopping from national retailers like Target, Walmart and Office Depot.

TeacherLists has also compiled a list of discounts teachers can find on everything from groceries at Costco and car purchases from GM to clothing at popular retailers like Loft, Banana Republic and Madewell.  Of course, craft and classroom supplies are included.

Are you a teacher or know one who could benefit from this free back-to-school gift?
