INDIANAPOLIS — Just before 5 p.m. the Carmel Fire Department reported a multi-car accident on 465 eastbound, near the U.S. 31 exit and Meridian Street.
Five cars were reportedly tangled up in the collision, resulting in three patients being transported to the emergency rooms.
