Ohio, Allen OH, Defiance, Henry, Paulding, Putnam, and Van Wert
Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM to 1 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
